Macon, GA (November 27, 2024) – One person lost their life in an accident in Macon. At approximately 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday morning, November 27, the crash happened on Jeffersonville Road near Finneydale Drive. Police say a Dodge Caravan operated by D’Mya Clark of Twiggs County was headed west on Jeffersonville Road when it was involved in a crash with a semi-truck in the turning lane. The driver was inside the hood of the cab, which was lifted at the time of the collision. The circumstances of the accident remain under police investigation at this time. Clark was pronounced deceased on-site. The semi-truck driver sustained minor injuries.
