Augusta, GA (November 26, 2024) – A car crash happened in Augusta on the morning of November 25 that ended in injuries. At approximately 9:20 a.m., all lanes of Interstate 20 were blocked while responders worked at the scene. Police investigated the details of the accident while paramedics worked to help those with injuries.
Tow trucks were also seen at the scene, near the Riverwatch Parkway, working to clear the highway of the crash. Traffic was delayed back to Five Notch Road in Aiken County until around 10:00 a.m. Police continue to investigate the circumstances leading to the wreck.
