Georgia Car Accidents

On average, the Peach State sees more than 300,000 vehicle collisions annually. This is more than many other states in the nation. These wrecks leave over 130,000 people with injuries while taking the lives of roughly 1,000 each year. If you or a loved one have recently been injured in a car crash, enlisting the help of a personal injury lawyer may be in your best interest. You may be eligible to collect financial compensation for the injuries and losses you have endured due to your recent accident.

Regrettably, most of the traffic collisions in Georgia and throughout the United States are caused by driver negligence, like speeding and intoxication. More than 90% of the annual traffic accidents reported in the nation are the result of some form of negligence, such as fatigue, distraction, or intoxication.

Sustaining serious injuries in a car wreck can be extremely overwhelming and scary. Fighting the insurance companies for fair compensation is out of the question when you enlist the help of a personal injury attorney. A personal injury lawyer will negotiate a full and fair compensation amount from the insurance companies for you, especially if you were hurt by another driver’s negligence. Having a skilled attorney advocate for you while dealing with insurance companies is your best bet in receiving the maximum amount of compensation available.

If you lost someone you love in a fatal accident caused by a negligent driver, a wrongful death attorney can help you file a claim for compensation. You should be able to pay for funeral costs and more without having to worry about your finances. A wrongful death attorney in Wilkinson County can help you during this difficult time.
