Wilcox Co., GA (March 30, 2025) – Two people lost their lives and one suffered critical injuries following a single-car accident in Wilcox County. The Georgia State Patrol (GSP) says the collision occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. A 2008 Honda Accord was traveling south on Depot Street with three 26-year-olds inside when the vehicle left the road and overturned several times. All three individuals were ejected from the vehicle due to the crash.
A release from GSP says the suspected driver, identified as Shalliyah Little, of Hawkinsville, was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased. A passenger identified as Michael Scott, of Rochelle, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Another passenger was transported by helicopter to Atrium Health Navicent in Macon with critical injuries. Police in Wilcox continue to investigate the details of the accident.
