Thomas Co., GA (February 14, 2025) – a fatal single-vehicle collision occurred in Thomas County on February 14. Reports from local sources show the incident occurred on Dillon Road just before 6:30 a.m. Responders were seen working at the crash scene near US 319 where they found two individuals deceased inside a vehicle.

The Georgia State Patrol reports the vehicle was headed west on Dillon Road at high speeds when it failed to negotiate a curve and struck a ditch. It then struck a tree approximately ten feet up before coming to a final stop near the tree. Police in Thomas County continue to investigate the details of the accident.
