Georgia Auto Collisions

Stockbridge, GA - Injuries Result from Accident on I-75 near Hwy 138Georgia consistently experiences a high volume of traffic accidents each year, with more than 300,000 collisions reported across the state. These accidents result in approximately 150,000 injuries and over 1,800 tragic fatalities annually. Sadly, most of these crashes are entirely avoidable and often stem from negligent behaviors such as distracted driving, intoxication, and excessive speeding.

Negligence on the road remains a leading cause of motor vehicle accidents not only in Georgia but nationwide. Research shows that more than 93% of crashes are the direct result of careless or reckless driver behavior. To put the numbers in perspective, over 12,000 lives are lost each year in alcohol-related crashes, while more than 11,000 fatalities occur due to speeding. These two factors alone contribute to over half of all fatal car wrecks in the United States.

Drivers must take responsibility for their actions by staying sober, attentive, and compliant with traffic laws. When motorists fail to do so, the consequences can be devastating. Crash victims are often left to deal with severe physical injuries, emotional distress, mounting medical expenses, lost wages, and the financial burden of repairing or replacing damaged vehicles.

You shouldn’t have to carry the weight of these challenges alone—especially when someone else’s careless actions are to blame.
