Interstate 95 is one of the busiest highways in the Southeast. In Georgia, it carries thousands of commuters and commercial trucks each day. With such high traffic volumes, the risk of serious accidents is always present.

Crashes on I-95 often cause major delays, especially near interchanges like State Route 21 and Pooler Parkway. Rear-end collisions and multi-vehicle pileups are common when lanes become blocked. In addition, heavy truck traffic adds another layer of danger.

Drivers should remain alert, reduce speed during congestion, and leave extra space between vehicles. These simple steps can reduce the risk of secondary crashes when traffic suddenly slows.
