Fatal Bus Accidents in Georgia

MARTA Bus Involved in Deadly Crash on Memorial DrBus crashes cause devastating injuries and loss. The massive size and weight of buses make every collision dangerous, especially for people in smaller cars. Even one mistake can turn a normal commute into a deadly tragedy.

Fatal bus crashes often happen when drivers follow too closely, lose focus, or misjudge stopping distance near intersections. Heavy traffic, distraction, or speeding can also increase the risk of rear-end collisions with large transit buses.

These mistakes can crush smaller vehicles under the force of impact, trapping drivers and causing catastrophic injuries.  In severe cases, the trauma from such collisions can claim lives instantly.

Families who lose loved ones in fatal accidents face heartbreak and financial strain. They often deal with funeral expenses, lost income, and emotional pain while seeking answers and accountability. Georgia law allows families to file wrongful death claims to demand justice and compensation for their losses.

Insurance companies often push for low settlements. A compassionate wrongful death lawyer protects families from unfair offers, investigates every detail, and negotiates with insurers.
