Atlanta, GA (October 27, 2024) – A pedestrian suffered injuries in a traffic accident in Atlanta on October 27.
At approximately 7:50 p.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the crash site on Ponce de Leon Avenue. Multiple first responders were observed at the scene near the 400 block of Ponce de Leon. Police worked to investigate the circumstances of the incident while paramedics helped the injured victim. The wounded individuals were taken to nearby medical facilities. Nevertheless, at this time, the extent of the injuries suffered by the injured parties remains under investigation.
The road was closed while crews worked to help at the scene. Local motorists were asked to use alternative travel routes.
