Demorest, GA (May 1, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision sent multiple people to the hospital Tuesday evening, April 30, following a serious crash at the intersection of Georgia Highway 105 and Cap Fry Road in Demorest. The wreck occurred shortly after 7:15 p.m., bringing a significant response from local and state emergency services.
According to initial reports, a dark-colored Honda SUV, a gray pickup truck, and a tan passenger car were all involved in the crash. First responders arrived within minutes and found significant damage to the involved vehicles. The Georgia State Patrol is leading the investigation and has not yet released the cause of the crash.
Three individuals were reportedly injured in the wreck. Habersham EMS treated victims at the scene and transported two of them to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for further evaluation and care. The extent of their injuries has not been made public at this time.
