DeKalb Co., FL (February 17, 2025) – Shortly before 11:00 a.m., on February 17, a traffic accident occurred in DeKalb County that resulted in injuries. Responders were sent to the scene on Interstate 285 near LaVista Road, where they found two damaged vehicles and at least one injured victim.
EMS rendered aid to those with injuries and took them to the hospital for further care. At this time, their identities have not been reported. The road was blocked while responders worked in the area and local motorists were forced to find alternate travel routes. Police in DeKalb continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
