Bulloch, GA (January 11, 2025) – A fatal two-car crash happened on Friday morning, January 10, in Bulloch. Reports show it occurred at the intersection of Highway 80 near the Brannon Pond Connector, just east of Brooklet. Police say the crash occurred at approximately 7:23 a.m. when a tractor-trailer was headed west on Highway 80 while a westbound minivan attempted to turn left onto Brannen Pond Connector. The driver of the semi-truck was transported to East Georgia Regional Medical Center by Bulloch County EMS to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash caused substantial traffic delays in the area, with police closing the affected section of the highway for several hours in order to facilitate the crash investigation. Authorities continue to investigate the details of the accident.

We want to offer our sincere condolences to the family of the deceased victim.
