Atlanta, GA (March 28, 2025) – A two-year-old girl lost her life after she was struck by a vehicle in southeast Atlanta on Friday night, March 27. Police were called to the scene on Glenwood Avenue at approximately 9:30 p.m. The child was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle and had lost her life by the time police arrived at the scene.
Reports show a Land Rover was turning onto the private drive leading to 2201 Glenwood Avenue Southeast when the girl suddenly ran out in front of the vehicle. The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with authorities. Police in Atlanta continue to investigate the details of the crash.
