Georgia Auto Collisions

Every year, thousands of people in Georgia suffer injuries in car accidents. In 2022, it was estimated that more than 1,700 people lost their lives in car crashes across the state. On average, Georgia sees around 130,000 injury-causing collisions annually. Tragically, over 30 people lose their lives each week in catastrophic accidents on Georgia’s roads. Unfortunately, car accidents have become an all-too-frequent occurrence throughout the state.

A significant number of these accidents are caused by negligent driving, with common factors including speeding and driving under the influence. However, the most frequent cause of car accidents in Georgia today is something many might not expect—failure to use a turn signal, which is yet another example of driver negligence.
